Gem for OneNote 2016 allows users to include captions, references, and comments to their pages fast, from the Link tab. When looking to add or manage objects in OneNote, users can head to the Object tab, which allows them to Outline cut and paste, manage outlines, adjusts the printout size, rearrange printout, and manage images integrated in the text. Users can modify styling and layout, can add bullets and numbering to paragraphs, can increase and decrease text size, and can also change the proofing language.
The Edit tab that the add-in brings to OneNote allows users to control large portions of text effortlessly. Additionally, the application provides them with the possibility to select multiple pages and to merge them into the first selected page. Users can add number pages from the Gem tab, and can sort Netbooks if needed.
Additionally, it allows users to open Notebooks and Folders fast, to view info on current page or netbook, as well as to dock the OneNote window to the desktop.
